Our Story
The story of Buselli Solutions began in 1984, when William Buselli Sr. took a leap of faith and founded a small local service company built on hard work, integrity, and trust. Over the decades, what started as a single man’s vision has grown into a multi-discipline energy solutions provider serving families across Northeast Pennsylvania.
As the next generation joined the business, including William Buselli Jr. and Blair Buselli, the company evolved, adding new services like solar energy, backup generators, and HVAC installation while staying rooted in the same family values that started it all.

William Buselli Sr.
President
In 1984, William Buselli Sr. saw an opportunity to combine craftsmanship, faith, and family values into a business that would serve the local community for generations. What began as a small operation has since grown into Buselli Solutions — a trusted name in home energy systems across Northeast Pennsylvania. William Sr. continues to set the standard for integrity, mentorship, and dedication that define the company today.
William Buselli Jr.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
After serving three years in the U.S. Army — including time stationed in Germany — Bill Jr. returned home to continue his father’s legacy. His military discipline and hands-on leadership drive Buselli Solutions forward every day. Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time outdoors with his seven children and his wife, Jamie, embracing the same values of hard work and togetherness that guide the company.
Blair Buselli
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Blair has always loved working with his hands and making ideas come to life. With decades of industry experience and a keen eye for both detail and people, he helps oversee the financial and operational health of Buselli Solutions. Blair and his wife, Aurora, love adventure and the outdoors, spending time with their children and grandchildren whenever possible.
Peter Clifford
Lead HVAC Professional & Service Technician
Peter brings years of HVAC and refrigeration experience to the Buselli Solutions team, along with a commitment to quality workmanship. Known for his precision and friendly demeanor, Peter ensures every system runs efficiently and every customer feels confident in their comfort. When he’s not on a job, he enjoys exploring mycology, bowling, and golf.
Carl Decker
Lead HVAC Professional & Service Technician
With over 17 years in the HVAC industry, Carl Decker is known for his reliability and problem-solving expertise. He takes pride in helping homeowners create efficient, comfortable spaces that last. Outside of work, Carl enjoys golfing, camping, and spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their three daughters.
