Our Story

The story of Buselli Solutions began in 1984, when William Buselli Sr. took a leap of faith and founded a small local service company built on hard work, integrity, and trust. Over the decades, what started as a single man’s vision has grown into a multi-discipline energy solutions provider serving families across Northeast Pennsylvania.

As the next generation joined the business, including William Buselli Jr. and Blair Buselli, the company evolved, adding new services like solar energy, backup generators, and HVAC installation while staying rooted in the same family values that started it all.

Today, Buselli Solutions continues to thrive under family leadership, providing dependable, high-quality service while helping local homeowners embrace sustainable, reliable, and future-focused energy solutions.

William Buselli Sr.

President

In 1984, William Buselli Sr. saw an opportunity to combine craftsmanship, faith, and family values into a business that would serve the local community for generations. What began as a small operation has since grown into Buselli Solutions — a trusted name in home energy systems across Northeast Pennsylvania. William Sr. continues to set the standard for integrity, mentorship, and dedication that define the company today.

William Buselli Jr.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

William Buselli Jr., is a U.S. Army veteran who served three years, including a tour in Iraq, before returning home to build a life with his high school sweetheart and join his father’s business. He now leads Buselli Solutions’ HVAC department, bringing discipline, leadership, and integrity to everything he does. Outside of work, Bill enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking with his seven children, firmly believing there’s nothing more valuable than family and time spent outdoors.

Blair Buselli

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Blair has always loved working with his hands and making ideas come to life. With decades of industry experience and a keen eye for both detail and people, he helps oversee the financial and operational health of Buselli Solutions. Blair and his wife, Aurora, love adventure and the outdoors, spending time with their children and grandchildren whenever possible.

Project Manager, Lead HVAC Professional

Justin is a Project Manager and Lead HVAC Professional with a diverse background that blends technical expertise, leadership, and creativity. His career includes a maintenance role at Sunday River Ski Resort in Maine, followed by a move into commercial HVAC where he quickly advanced to site foreman—before choosing a path that allowed him to stay closer to home. Prior to HVAC, Justin worked in restaurants, attended culinary school in New York City, played in bands, recorded an album, and even owned and managed a bar and music venue in New Jersey, all while supporting his family’s flooring business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, music, and technology.

Nicholas is a Project Manager, Electrician, and Solar Professional with 15 years of experience across a wide range of trades, with solar and electrical work being a major focus throughout his career. His background also includes auto body and mechanical work, giving him a well-rounded, hands-on approach to home systems. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and working on projects around his home and yard.

Peter is a Lead HVAC Technician at Buselli Solutions with eight years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry and a passion for learning something new every day. When he’s not helping homeowners stay comfortable, he’s spending time with his wife of nearly 18 years and their four energetic boys. Between caring for an always-in-progress old house, Peter still finds time for mycology, bowling, and golf whenever he can.

Lead Electrician, Solar Professional

Brett brings over ten years of hands-on experience from working in his stepfather’s heating and plumbing business before joining Buselli Solutions. He studied electrical at Triangle Tech in Sunbury, PA, and has also spent years working in the restaurant industry, experience that shaped his strong work ethic and attention to detail. Outside of work, Brett enjoys hunting, motorcycles, and spending time with his five kids, who mean the world to him.

Nathan M.

Lead Generator Technician, Service Technician

Nathan Morgan is a Lead Generator Technician and Service Technician with six years of HVAC experience and specialized expertise in generator troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. A U.S. Air Force veteran who served six years in Security Forces, he brings focus, precision, and reliability to every job. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys motorcycles, building custom vehicles, skiing, snowboarding, and is working toward earning his pilot’s license.

Lead Electrician & Solar Professional

Damon is a Lead Electrician and Solar Professional with four years of training and hands-on experience in commercial new construction electrical work. Before joining Buselli Solutions, he spent 10 years in videography for a greyhound racing facility, bringing a unique attention to detail to his work. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Damon relocated to Pennsylvania in April 2025 and enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and exploring local festivals with his fiancée.

Lead HVAC Professional & Service Technician

Joseph is a Lead HVAC Professional and Service Technician with over 18 years of hands-on experience, having worked in the industry since the early days of R-410A and traditional furnace systems. His background spans everything from geothermal and communicating systems to rooftop, multi-zone, and complex residential installations across New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey—earning him the nickname of a true “tri-state comfort installer.” Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, fishing, pontoon rides, classic country music, Star Wars audiobooks, and black-and-white nature photography.

Carl brings 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry, delivering dependable comfort solutions backed by deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise. Married to his wife, Shannon, Carl is a proud father of three daughters and values the balance between hard work and family life. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys golf, bowling, and dirt racing.

Lead Electrician, Solar Professional

Linford is a Lead Electrician and Solar Professional with four years of hands-on experience working with generators, solar systems, and battery backup solutions, often serving the Amish community with dependable off-grid energy systems. Before joining Buselli Solutions, his background spanned environmental services, fleet mechanics, carpentry for new builds and remodels, and work as a Class A CDL driver—giving him a well-rounded, practical approach to every project. Outside of work, Linford enjoys hunting and fishing, values life in the country, and is deeply family-oriented, proudly raising four children with his wife of eight years.

Stephen R.

Lead HVAC, Service Technician

Stephen is a Lead HVAC Professional and Service Technician with seven years of experience in the HVAC industry and an additional 13 years of hands-on carpentry experience. His background gives him a practical, detail-oriented approach to diagnosing issues and delivering reliable solutions. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, riding quads, target shooting, golfing, and being with his family.

Nicholas Roedel is a Lead Electrician and Solar Professional with approximately 10 years of hands-on experience in the electrical and solar industries. He brings a detail-driven, reliable approach to every project and values doing the job right the first time. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys roasting coffee, drag racing, and working on hot rods, and is deeply family- and faith-oriented, actively involved in his church and grateful for life with his wife, Grace.

Office Manager

Karen is the Office Manager at Buselli Solutions (she is the glue that holds everything and everyone together) with over 40 years of experience in the financing industry and a background as a service business owner. Her extensive knowledge of operations and customer care plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. Outside of work, Karen is a licensed cosmetologist and loves spending time with her 11 grandchildren whenever she can.

Administrative Assistant

Tracy brings 16 years of experience in customer relations and account management to the Buselli Solutions team. Her background includes roles at Wayne Memorial Hospital and Wayne County Ford, where she built a strong foundation in organization, communication, and customer support. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family.

Katelynn N.

Marketing Assistant

Katelynn is a Marketing Assistant at Buselli Solutions who brings a strong creative drive and a unique background in healthcare and customer service. Before joining the team, she spent a year self-educating and being mentored in marketing, building on professional experience that includes volunteering as an EMT, becoming a Certified CPR/AED Instructor, and working for 10 years as a Certified Anesthesia Technician in both Level I trauma centers and same-day surgery settings. Outside of work, Katelynn stays busy with her three children, coaching cheer, enjoying the outdoors and family movie nights, and channeling her creativity through hands-on projects like crochet.
